10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
11. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

Text Messaging (SMS) and Mobile Information
When you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages from Davis Roofing Solutions LLC — for example on our contact or estimate request form, when signing a service agreement, or verbally when scheduling — we use it to send service-related messages such as appointment and inspection reminders, job and work-order status updates, estimate and invoice links, and replies to your inquiries. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We use SMS consent solely to deliver the messages described above and to operate our services.
