SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Davis Roofing Solutions offers a text messaging program that sends service-related notifications to customers and contractors, including appointment reminders and confirmations, estimate and invoice links, job and work-order status updates, and review requests.
- Opt-in. You consent to receive text messages from Davis Roofing Solutions when you provide your mobile phone number and agree to be contacted by text during service intake, when requesting an estimate on davisroofingsolutions.com, when signing a service agreement, or during contractor onboarding in our customer and contractor portal. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your service activity.
- Fees. Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider according to your plan.
- Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again as you did the first time.
- Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP to any message for assistance, call us at (817) 857-7663, or email drew@davisroofingsolutions.com.
- Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. Information obtained as part of the SMS consent process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
